Resource Center

The center's general collection includes reference materials and how-to guides for every aspect of the job search, from preparing a cover letter to situational behavioral interviewing.

Our extensive collection of directories will help you locate employers by geographical area, Standard Industrial Classification (S.I.C.), and other criteria. A collection of recruiting binders contains information about employers who recruited on campus in previous years, positions that employers have offered in recent years, and the skills and qualifications required for those positions.

Many employers also have provided informational videotapes and CD-ROMs for our collection. You may use these audiovisual materials in the center.

We have current national salary survey information for recent graduates from technical disciplines. You can use a cost-of-living index to calculate what a comparable salary would be in various locations nationwide.

We welcome your suggestions for additions to the resource center.
